FAQ AND IMPORTANT INFO:
Is the audio professionally captured?
Audio is professionally setup by the sound team. However, prices above include a single audio feed from the sound desk as standard. If you need the multi-track audio or professional mixing/mastering, this will be an additional fee and a separate service from the professional sound team.
What if I want to add more songs to my video package? *
The entire set is filmed by default. So you can upgrade to a different package later if you want more songs edited.
How do I pay and cancellation policy?
Payment is required upfront to book our service. If, for any reason, we need to cancel a full refund will be issued immediately. A payment link or invoice will be sent via Local&Live, on receipt of payment, your video will be booked for the day. If you need to cancel for any reason, let us know 24 hours before your performance and a full refund will be issued.
When will I receive my videos?
Editing takes a lot of care and attention to get things just right. However, you can expect to receive your video within 3-6 weeks. Need it fast tracked? Get in touch and we can discuss your individual needs.
